Nominations and Elections
Applications for TUMSS positions on the 2021 committee will be open from Monday the 21st until Friday the 25th of September! Please apply if you are interested or encourage your friends to give something a go.
Attached is a document outlining all of things you need to know about nominating for a TUMSS position. Current position holders and their emails can also be found within the attached document. Feel free to contact the current holders for more detailed information on positions!
To submit an application, please fill out the attached template and email it to the Returning Officer (Sunny Hari – Vice President Academic) firstname.lastname@example.org by Friday 5:00pm on the 25/9/20.
Once nominations have been received, the Returning Officer will email out notice of all the applications and details on how to vote. Voting will be online and open on the 28th and close on the 30th at 12:00pm lunchtime prior to the AGM.
Positions will be announced at the AGM, being held on the 30th of September at 6:00pm. All medical students are welcome and you can find a zoom link in your email.
